NorthStar EMS partners with Traumasoft

In our efforts to increase efficiency of operations, NorthStar has partnered with Traumasoft to provide a centralized scheduling, time and attendance, and internal communications platform. A web-based solution, Traumasoft will streamline and automate scheduling, employee availability and shift fills, allowing managers and supervisors greater time to deal with other concerns than filling work shifts. Traumasoft’s scalable solution also allows for vehicle maintenance tracking, human resource management, and online education tools, to help NorthStar team members up to date on new clinical advancements, regulatory changes, and general company announcements using only a web browser or web-enabled phone.
